KEYS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the compensation and benefit manager in the implementation and management of salary administration and assistant will calculations of appropriate salary
- Compilation and administration of annual increase schedule
- Execute the administration of payroll and benefit
- Ensure legislative and policy a compliance
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in finance /accounting
- Human resource management including payroll administration with a large mult- national
- High integrity, analytical and inter person skills
- Detailed focused and customer service oriented
