Magazine Show Producer-TV POSITION DESCRIPTION:

EAST AFRICA TELLEVISION LTD, the number one youth channel that has grown to a regional with vigor content of educating and entertaining programs. EATV is looking for suitable and qualified people to fill in the following vacancy:

Magazine Show Producer-TV

Job Purpose: Conceptualize, plan, develop, coordinate and execute (LIVE OR RECORDED) program(s) to
achieve maximum viewer interest, audience following, ad-sales profits and rating results.

Responsibilities
• Produce content for TV and Online.
• Produce content that resonates with viewers and adheres to organizational goals
• Conduct pre-production activities for the show to establish requirement and needs
to produce the program
• Direct post production activities by providing the editor with necessary material
for the program edit.
• Conduct marketing and promotional activities for the program while liaising with
marketing section for needs and requirements.

Skills and Requirements
Excellent Communication Skills
Fluent in English and Kiswahili

Qualification
Diploma in TV Production
2 year working experience in a TV Station(s) in Tanzania
Must have a knowledge of popular culture
